Make sure you have Super Admin rights
- Creating new user accounts requires Super Admin level user rights.
- If you do not have a Super Admin account, it is usually agreed upon during the implementation phase or can be obtained by contacting AI Commerce 's support team.
Go to the Configuration menu
- Log in to the admin panel ( AI Commerce ).
- Select Configuration from the top menu.
- Open the Administrators page, where you can see existing users and create new ones.
Create a new user
- Press Add New (or similar button) to create a new user account.
- Enter your username or first name in the Name field. You can also use your email address as your name.
- Enter the user's email address in the Email field. This is used, for example, to respond to support requests.
