Try paid components before ordering

AI Commerce Cloud keeps paid components available in the top menu of the Dashboard so that you can evaluate their suitability for your daily work before ordering. Open the component you are interested in, explore the workspace, and use the free features listed in the table. A lock symbol or locked action button indicates a point where paid activation is required; it does not mean that the entire Dashboard or all of the component's data is locked.

There are two ways to try out a paid feature. The built-in preview or free sample works without activation as shown in the table. If you need to evaluate the full paid workflow, you can request a free trial subscription from sales or through a support ticket. Simply opening a page or reading the available data does not consume the quantitative sample limit. When the limit is based on a successful operation, a failed or rejected job does not consume it.

See free and paid features of components

The table of free and paid features for components tells you what you can do without a paid subscription for that component and where activation is required. The absence of a paid component does not remove it from the navigation. So you can open the workspace, see the available workflow, and decide based on practical experience whether the feature would help in your own work.

Component What does the component do? Without a paid subscription With a trial subscription or paid activation
PIM PIM brings together product information management in one workspace. It manages attribute families, channels, and product information quality. Product enrichment information is edited on the product's Attributes tab. You can open the product data management workspaces and explore their structure. Paid values are marked with a lock and save functions are locked. Product information management, enrichment and PIM paid tools.
ERP ERP supports procurement and operational warehouse management. Its workspaces manage suppliers, requests for quotations, purchase orders, inventory and replenishment proposals. An existing supplier and basic procurement information can be linked to a product. You can open the procurement workspaces and explore the available views. Paid values and save functions are marked as locked. Processing of suppliers, purchase orders, receipts and replenishment.
CRM CRM brings together the sales pipeline, deals, and customer relationship tracking. Its views look at segments, lifecycle stages, a 360-degree view of the customer relationship, tags, analytics, and customer retention. Customer groups are a separate feature in the Customers section. You can open CRM workspaces and read the basic information available. Customer groups are a separate free feature. CRM changes, segmentation, marketing campaigns and paid customer analytics.
CMS / Blog The CMS manages the pages, sections, blogs and content categories of the online store. The visual editor uses the online store's content components and saves content changes. The CMS group also includes FAQ, banner, translation and navigation tools. You can edit Page and Section content, as well as the Sections' Articles block. You can also read existing Blog content. Creating, editing, publishing, and other changes to blog content.
POS POS is the workspace for in-store sales. It is where you search for products and customers, add products to the cart, and handle discounts, sales types, and totals. From the cart, you can create a quote or take the sale to the checkout stage of an order. You can search for products and customers. A quote created from the POS cart uses the free monthly sample of RFQ: without an RFQ subscription, you can create one successful customer quote per UTC calendar month. A POS order is required to create and confirm a POS order. An RFQ order is required to continuously create customer quotes.
RAG RAG is a workspace for store-specific data sources. It manages PDF and DOCX documents that Agentic Console can use alongside platform data. The workspace shows the current sources and their processing status. You can open the RAG workspace and view the list of data sources. Loading and deleting a data document.
RFQ RFQ is a workspace for managing customer quotes. It is where you create and edit quotes, select customers and products, and define pricing, shipping, and tracking. You can attach files to a quote, view its history, and convert it into a PDF proposal or order. You can open an RFQ and process existing customer quotes. Without an RFQ order, you can create one successful customer quote per UTC calendar month. The same sample applies to blank quote, copy, create-to-order, and POS quote; a failed creation does not consume the sample. RFQ ordering enables the continuous creation of new customer quotes. Requests for quotations sent to suppliers are part of the ERP component.
DAM DAM combines traditional file management with restricted digital assets. Restricted assets are stored privately, associated with a manufacturer, and can be distributed to organizations with manufacturer-specific permissions. Regular public files remain separate from restricted assets. The standard File Manager will always work. You can also successfully upload five limited DAM assets. Loading new restricted materials after five used slots.
SCP SCP displays the demand forecast for the next 28 days, the uncertainty range, current inventory, and forecasted inventory development. Forecast and History are based on actual releases. See SCP User Guide. Up to ten active products are selected daily based on sales and recent views. Forecast and History are available without a separate usage quota. SCP Order extends the same workflow to the entire active product catalog and opens Settings.

The limit always applies to the paid value or function named in the table, not the entire component page. If the function appears locked, you can continue to use other free areas as normal. A lock indicates that there is no subscription and should not be treated as a system error.

Request paid activation

If you want to evaluate the full paid workflow before you commit to a purchase, request a free trial subscription. When the trial proves the component useful and you want to continue using it, request a paid activation. In the workspace, select Contact Sales or open the AI Commerce contact page . Tell us which component you need, which workflow you want to try, how many users you want to get the feature for, and when you want to start. Sales will confirm the trial duration or ongoing activation price and content before you make the change.

You can also make a request in the Control Panel under Support → Create support request . Select the closest Subject and write the name of the component to be activated and its purpose in the Description. A support request starts the processing of the case, but does not automatically activate the component. Use will continue for a fee only after the price and implementation have been agreed upon and the subscription has been activated for your organization.
