Group products on AI Commerce platform

Grouping products makes it easier to manage your online store and improves the customer experience. Below are step-by-step instructions on how to group products so that all sizes are visible in filters.

Step 1: Create a Products Group

Add multiple sizes to your products by creating a Products Group . For example, the product Comet Super Hydraulic Oil 46S can be grouped into different sizes: 20 L, 200 L, and 1000 L.

Step 2: Set List Grouped Products values

Configure the List Grouped Products setting in AICC:

• Set No for smaller and larger packages (e.g. 20 L and 1000 L).
• Set Yes for the main product (e.g. 200 L).

Step 3: Check product listings and filters

When the settings are configured correctly:

• Only the main product (200 L) is shown in the product listing.
• Mouseover will show other sizes. You can set the options to always be visible for each store.
• With filters like package_size , products from all options are visible, even if they are grouped.

Example

When filtering for packages larger than 900 liters, the 1000 liter product size will appear in the listings. Similarly, other sizes, such as 20 liter products, will appear in the correct filter. This allows for clear product group management while allowing customers to use the filters effectively.

Make sure that each product group is correctly defined in AICC and that the filtering settings match the desired views in your online store.
