What information is transferred through integration?

Product information
- Basic product information (name, SKU, price, tax, inventory balance, etc.) is imported and exported between Netvisor and AI Commerce .
- The Akeneo PIM extension allows products to be updated simultaneously in both Netvisor and the online store.
- The system can handle tens of thousands of products, utilizing sequencing in the background process according to Netvisor's limitations.

Inventory balances
- Inventory levels are updated from Netvisor in real time (or at desired cycles) to the online store, so that sales always have an up-to-date balance.
- If desired, we can also handle multi-warehouse solutions or, for example, balance synchronization of PIM systems.

- New customers and updates are transferred to the Netvisor customer register; existing customers are automatically identified.

- Possible errors (e.g. missing customer information) are visible in the log data and can be corrected manually.

- Error correction: If the integration rejects, for example, due to a missing tax code, customer information, or product code, the cause of the error can easily be found in the log.
- Incorrect data: The customer's own partners or online store maintenance can correct the data (e.g. product information or the customer's business ID). After the correction, the same orders or product message updates can be processed.
